  *Buyers beware* - Initially the car I bought drove well. After a few days there were a some electrical issues which caused further damage. Ben asked if I could look for a more reasonably/cheaper priced garage to fault find before discussing repairs. I searched around to try and help out. The mechanic did a reset on the computer but explained there may be further issues which would need investigating. I explained to Ben that I travel a lot with my work and it would be extremely difficult to get the car back to Cambridge for them to look at. Again Ben asked me to check around for a reputable and cheap garage. I did this and then heard no response from him. I managed to get in touch several weeks later, around the time the warranty was due to expire. I explained I had a repair quote which he should also have a copy of. I was traveling once again and Ben said it was not a problem, he had a record of the issues and repairs required and we could go ahead with the repairs when I was back in the UK. Again I tried to contact the company multiple times, Ben was not available to take my calls and made no attempt to reply. When I finally got in touch with Ben, he had no recollection of any of the issues and was not willing to honour his word to pay for the repairs. I will not use this company ever again and would advise you to look elsewhere for a more reputable company. Warranty not worth the paper it is printed on and their word counts for even less. *Update* I'm more than happy to discuss your version of events as there are 2 sides to every story, however your current response is just another example of your poor after sales customer service by accusing me of lying without providing evidence. The fact my negative review is of no concern to you further demonstrates your lack of customer service. *Update 2* I appreciate your response, however we have not discussed anything so far, all you have done is accuse me of is lying. You were unwilling to discuss matters in detail when we spoke last week and your attitude then prompted me to write this review. Saying you dispute every statement made does not prove anything. You also stated you dispute my name - I would assume you have my name on file from the purchase at your garage, and if you require further proof I do have a birth certificate proving my name. As a customer of your company, yet again I find myself disappointed by the after sales customer service you are providing.
